I went from never writing code to interviewing others about it. The journey has been truly transformative - and the confidence to get here came from my mentors in the Cloud team and my manager who believed in me.
Growth came when I started asking for help and collaborating. Building my first team was a turning point, I realised that leadership means being accountable for others, not just yourself.
Having headed up Service Desk and Field Service at BT, I joined Getronics in 2019 as a Transformation Manager, based in Paris. I collaborate with colleagues across the globe to drive positive business impact and aim to be our change advocate.
I joined Getronics in 2015 to make culture the engine of transformation. In a world of constant change and uncertainty, having a People Services function that genuinely adds value every day isn't just important, it's essential.
